Blitzy is hiring a productivity and enablement leader to build, run, and improve AI-enabled onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for presales and post-sales teams. The role centers on measuring readiness, execution, and time-to-productivity while aligning performance standards with leaders using evidence.
What you’ll do
Build, run, and improve onboarding and ongoing ramp across presales and post-sales
Develop AI-enabled learning and practice experiences
Align performance standards with leaders
Measure readiness, execution, and time to productivity
Engineer experiences using AI, including adaptive practice, feedback, or workflow automation
Evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs
What you’ll need
Experience building and running onboarding, readiness, or ongoing enablement programs in enterprise software with evidence of improved ramp and performance
Experience supporting commercial and technical customer-facing teams with technical fluency to work credibly with engineering experts
Demonstrated ability to engineer experiences natively using AI, including adaptive practice, feedback, or workflow automation, and evaluate their effectiveness
A systems approach to performance, working backwards from outcomes and improving with evidence
Strong ownership, clear communication, and ability to turn complex expertise into practical experiences in a fast-moving environment
Familiarity with conversation intelligence tools such as Gong and AI-native enablement platforms such as Tangelo; comparable platforms equally relevant
