What you’ll do
Develop, configure, enhance, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
Create custom applications, catalog items, record producers, reports, and dashboards
Gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
Participate in code reviews, technical reviews, and application testing
Provide occasional after-hours or weekend support
What you’ll need
7+ years of experience in an ITIL/ITSM environment
4+ years of application or system development/programming experience
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
3+ years of experience working in a healthcare environment
Working knowledge of HIPAA requirements and healthcare data confidentiality
Strong SQL skills
