About the role
Senior Director Enterprise Architect role in EY-Parthenon's healthcare deal technology practice, advising senior clients on technology strategy, cost optimization, and transformation across M&A and growth initiatives. Hybrid role based in Atlanta and other US locations.
What you’ll do
Build trusted relationships with senior client executives and influence perspectives
Lead end-to-end problem solving, including hypothesis development, synthesis, and recommendations
Translate client needs into approaches and outcomes for healthcare technology engagements
Collaborate with colleagues across EY-Parthenon sub-service lines
Drive business development, including presentations and client meetings
Coach junior colleagues to become high-performing
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field and 8 years of related experience; or graduate degree and approximately 7 years
Experience in healthcare professional services or health technology, IT strategy, digital transformation, and transaction advisory
Hands-on implementation experience with acute EHR platforms (Epic or Cerner) and/or ambulatory platforms (Epic, AthenaHealth, NextGen, eClinicalWorks)
Enterprise architecture experience for clinical and revenue cycle management platforms, including integration engines
Proven experience in cost optimization (IT synergy, M&A separation/integration) and tech-driven growth initiatives
Ability to synthesize complex technical, financial, and operational data, with knowledge of IT cost structures and M&A deal timelines
