About the role
Higharc is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own Studio, its browser-based 2D/3D design environment, driving vision, roadmap, and authoring workflows for residential homebuilding software.
What you’ll do
Own the vision and roadmap for Studio
Define authoring workflows
Track metrics and integrations
Coordinate with engineering and other user personas
Prototype to validate ideas quickly
Work with cross-functional teams
What you’ll need
5+ years of product management experience
Track record shipping complex interactive applications
Technical fluency to read architecture and reason about data model
Experience prototyping with Cursor, Replit, or v0.dev
Exposure to CAD or BIM systems (Revit, Rhino, SketchUp) or browser 3D tooling (Three.js, WebGL)
Professional experience in residential construction or architecture
