Basic understanding or strong interest in digital product development, UX principles, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Miro a plus
AI familiarity and curiosity to learn more; passion for pets and supporting pet parents a plus
