What you’ll need
3+ years of quantitative industry experience (analytics, data science, data engineering)
Hands-on experience with subscription and growth metrics, including retention, churn, cohort analysis, and LTV
Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with Python, R, or similar tools
Practical experience using AI tools in analytics work, with judgment to check results
Fluency with data visualization platforms (Hex, Mode, Tableau)
Working knowledge of statistical methods, experiment design, and common pitfalls of data analysis
