About the role

What you’ll do
Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable SaaS and digital products
Guide engineering teams and mentor engineers
Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Infrastructure teams
Deliver secure, performant, and maintainable solutions
Take ownership of multiple applications and prioritize work
Estimate project timelines, define technical requirements, and guide teams to successful outcomes
What you’ll need
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of software development experience, including full-stack development for SaaS or digital products
2-4 years contributing to Agile product teams; 1-2 years leading medium to large digital projects
Experience designing cloud-native, scalable, and reusable architectures for enterprise-grade SaaS applications
Excellent communication skills and experience mentoring engineers
