About the role
The Casualty Actuarial Society seeks an Exam Developer to support the creation, maintenance, and delivery of certification assessments, working with internal teams, volunteer groups, and external vendors on exam construction, item banking, security, publishing, and assessment operations.

What you’ll need
Minimum three years' experience as an Exam Developer or comparable position
Minimum three years' knowledge of testing and certification assessment practices to accepted industry standards
Ability to manage high-volume tasks with attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
Experience in project, vendor, and volunteer management
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications for database management, data analysis, item banking, and publishing software
Four-year accredited bachelor's degree in Education, Measurement & Statistics, I/O psychology or related field
