About the role

What you’ll do
Lead technical projects coordinating across multiple teams
Design, deliver, and operate complex production systems
Build and monitor SaaS applications, APIs, and high-throughput services
Ensure reliability, fault tolerance, and performance of services
Collaborate effectively in an all-remote environment
Empathize with and advocate for customer needs
What you’ll need
7+ years of professional software engineering experience
Experience with distributed systems, service-oriented architectures, and data modeling at scale
Production experience with Python or similar and cloud environments
Experience building, operating, and monitoring modern SaaS applications, APIs, and high-throughput services
Experience with observability tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Tempo
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
