About the role

What you’ll do
Support ancillary applications that may integrate with Epic
Configure and maintain applications for clinical and administrative operations
Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support
Improve workflows for clinical and administrative operations
Perform application testing
Lead projects for clinical and administrative operations
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 4 years of applicable experience in lieu of degree
Two years of applicable experience
Ancillary application training and certification required upon hire
Ability to execute multiple assignments simultaneously in a matrixed environment
Demonstrated critical and analytical thinking proficiencies
Strong written and verbal communication and organizational management skills
