About the role
CGI seeks a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst with deep financial services experience to support banking and wealth management clients by researching, documenting, and validating requirements for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations. The role partners with Product Owners and technical teams to shape workflows, integrations, compliance, and system solutions.

What you’ll need
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional Certification required
8+ years as a Business Systems Analyst with direct experience in banking and/or wealth management
Strong understanding of wealth management workflows and banking operations
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as KYC, AML, FINRA, and SEC
Strong documentation, process mapping (BPMN/Visio), and requirements gathering skills
Experience with Agile delivery methodology and Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud
