Nuro seeks a hands-on Technical Program Manager manager to lead the TPM team supporting its AI Platform organization, driving complex programs across engineering, product, operations, and external partners to accelerate autonomy development and ensure reliable deployment.
What you’ll do
Lead and develop the TPM team supporting the AI Platform organization
Drive complex programs across engineering, product, operations, and external partners
Deliver ambiguous technical programs from initial definition through integration and release
Reason across technical interfaces and prioritize trade-offs
Communicate technical issues, risks, and decisions to engineers, executives, and partners
What you’ll need
8+ years in technical program management, software engineering, or related technical discipline
2+ years of direct people-management experience
Strong technical depth in areas such as distributed systems, ML infrastructure, or robotics
Track record delivering ambiguous technical programs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to influence without direct authority
