About the role
CNA is hiring a Senior Product Owner to lead operational initiatives applying generative AI across insurance operations, managing AI use cases and coordinating business and delivery teams to drive process improvement and adoption. This remote full-time role focuses on operational readiness and change in an insurance and underwriting environment.
What you’ll do
Lead operational initiatives applying generative AI and other technologies across insurance operations
Manage AI use cases and prompts
Coordinate business and delivery teams
Drive process improvement and operational readiness
Champion adoption of new operational insurance technologies and methodologies
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders
What you’ll need
Minimum of five years as a Product Owner or equivalent in an Operations or Underwriting environment
Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools to produce strong business results
Proven ability to enact change quickly in business operations
Successful track record with Agile methodologies
Experience with insurance or finance based products in an Operations or Underwriting environment
Familiarity with Power Automate, Mendix, and Copilot is highly preferred
