About the role

What you’ll do
Manage and implement neighborhood revitalization and redevelopment plans
Lead complex community development projects and funding programs
Collaborate with public agencies, developers, and community stakeholders
Administer contracts and oversee contract administration

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, Community Development, or related field
5+ years of progressively responsible experience in community development or related field
Extensive knowledge of community development and redevelopment planning
Knowledge of Tax Allocation Districts and redevelopment finance
Excellent project management and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
