About the role
Longitude CGT is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to own the data foundation of its platform. The role builds and operates health-system data pipelines, leads data discovery with Epic and IT teams, and supports secure, governed data for reporting, analytics, and AI.
What you’ll do
Own the data foundation of the platform
Build and operate health-system data pipelines
Lead data discovery and feed setup with Epic and IT teams
Support secure, governed data for reporting, analytics, and AI
What you’ll need
5+ years in data engineering, healthcare data, or clinical informatics with production pipelines
Hands-on Epic experience including querying Clarity or Caboodle
Experience with modern cloud data stack on AWS or Azure such as Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, and Airflow
Experience moving data via extracts, file feeds, HL7, or FHIR
Strong SQL and Python skills
Strong grounding in HIPAA, PHI handling, and governed data access
