G2O seeks a senior-level Business Analyst with Property & Casualty insurance and reinsurance expertise to support reinsurance system implementations, integrations, and related technology initiatives onsite in Mundelein, IL.
What you’ll do
Translate business needs into functional requirements
Support reinsurance system implementations
Support integrations and process improvements

Participate in testing activities
Manage stakeholder documentation and requirements
What you’ll need
5–7+ years of Business Analyst experience in the insurance industry
Strong knowledge of reinsurance concepts including treaty and facultative arrangements, ceded and assumed reinsurance, claims, and accounting
Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, functional documentation, and stakeholder management
Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and multiple project lifecycle phases
Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, integrations, and testing activities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
