About the role

What you’ll do
Implement and improve systems, data, processes, and training
Translate business needs into requirements, process designs, configurations, controls, and test scenarios
Document requirements and workflows, supporting testing and implementations
Deliver practical training and support user adoption
Identify risks early and coordinate corrective action
Collaborate with field operations, finance, technology, and vendors
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, Finance, or related field
Two to four years of experience in business analysis, systems administration, implementations, operations, or asset-intensive environments
Strong Excel and data-analysis skills including validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis
Ability to learn ERP, EAM/CMMS, fleet, MRO, fuel, telematics, and integration technologies
Excellent communication and facilitation skills across technical and business audiences
Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
