About the role
Thinking Machines is hiring a Product Management Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting for product management roles, partnering with leaders to define roles, assess candidates, and manage relationships through closing.
What you’ll do
Own product management recruiting end to end
Partner with product and cross-functional leaders to define and assess roles

Build the team shaping how people use Thinking Machines' AI systems
Evaluate candidates across product areas and levels
Communicate candidate strengths and distinguish individual contributions from team outcomes
What you’ll need
4+ years of recruiting experience including direct ownership of product management searches
Record of hiring strong product managers across levels or product areas
Understanding of how product roles vary across platforms, consumer products, and enterprise businesses
Ability to distinguish individual contributions from team outcomes and communicate candidate strengths clearly
Experience partnering with senior leaders on role definition, assessment, and closing
Strong written communication, organization, and candidate relationship skills
