What you’ll need
10–15 years of relevant work experience in project management, data analysis, business process improvement, or AI implementation
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business, Physical/Applied Science, or management disciplines
Active SECRET clearance and ability to maintain it
Experience with PRIDE and Salesforce
Knowledge of Navy enlisted and officer recruiting processes and candidate tracking
3–5 years directly managing fully remote, hybrid, or geographically distributed teams; PMP certified
