About the role
Fairwinds Technologies is hiring a remote Logistics Documentation Specialist to support Integrated Product Support and lifecycle sustainment for SATCOM terminal systems. The role involves maintaining provisioning lists, logistics documentation, inventory records, and sustainment plans while coordinating with engineering, supply chain, and program teams.
What you’ll do
Develop and maintain Integrated Product Support Plans (IPSPs) and In-Service Support Plans (ISSPs)
Maintain provisioning lists (IPL, RSPL, RCIL, RTTL) and Bills of Material
Monitor inventory levels, serialized assets, repairable items, and critical spare parts
Coordinate repair activities, warranty support, and depot/OEM repairs
Prepare logistics documentation, shipment records, and customs documentation
Maintain Product Support Database (PSDB) records and logistics performance metrics
What you’ll need
Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, engineering, or related field; equivalent military logistics experience accepted
Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, provisioning, sustainment, or Integrated Product Support
Experience supporting defense, aerospace, SATCOM, military, or government programs
Experience with inventory management, repair operations, provisioning, and sustainment support
Ability to collaborate with technical and engineering teams in complex program environments
Active Secret Security Clearance and US work eligibility
