About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead a team and deliver the automation roadmap across automation, AI, system integration, reporting, and operational efficiency
• Build automation solutions while remaining actively involved in delivery
• Mentor and manage a small technical team as a player-coach leader
• Engage with senior stakeholders on business challenges and technology solutions
• Implement AI-powered workflows, copilots, assistants, or RAG-based solutions
• Take ownership of initiatives from idea through implementation

What you’ll need

• 5+ years in software development, automation, DevOps, technical operations, or systems integration
• Previous team leadership, management, or mentoring experience
• Hands-on automation technologies, workflow design, PowerShell, and API integrations
• Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem including Microsoft 365 and Azure, plus Power BI
• Practical experience implementing AI solutions in operational or client-facing environments
• MSP, consulting, SaaS, or multi-client service environment experience
