About the role
Capital Credit Union is seeking an entry-level Teller to assist members in person, via drive-up, and by phone, processing transactions and promoting services while delivering quality customer service.
What you’ll do
Assist members in person, through drive-ups, and by telephone

What you’ll need
High school education or equivalent
Ability to operate computer terminal, email, coin processing machine, and adding machine
1-3 months of on-the-job experience with basic computer systems
3-6 months experience with credit union products, services, and transaction procedures
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-selling and member interaction
