About the role

What you’ll do
Build and improve ML training and research infrastructure
Ensure reliable distributed training
Improve developer experience and tooling

Operate ML/data-intensive production systems at scale
What you’ll need
5+ years of software or infrastructure engineering
Excellent Python and API/CLI design skills
Practical AWS expertise including IAM, GPU compute, networking, and infrastructure as code
Distributed training experience with PyTorch (DDP, FSDP) and experiment tracking/model registry tooling
Fluency with containers, CI/CD, and modern build systems including large monorepos
Experience with large-scale distributed GPU training and workflow/scheduling systems
