About the role
EY seeks a Senior Manager for its Digital Risk practice to lead risk, compliance, and control transformation for TMT clients in cloud-native, AI-enabled environments. The role involves advising senior stakeholders, overseeing delivery, and applying deep technical and industry knowledge.
What you’ll do
Lead risk assessments, control testing, and transformation initiatives in cloud-native ecosystems
Advise senior client stakeholders on complex digital risk challenges
Oversee engagement delivery and teams
Design scalable, practical control solutions for modern environments
Partner with DevOps, platform engineering, and data teams
Translate regulatory requirements into engineering-aligned controls
What you’ll need
Bachelor's or master's degree in business, accounting, computer science, engineering, or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in Digital Risk, IT risk, or technology consulting with TMT sector clients
Strong hands-on experience with AWS, microservices, DevOps/CI-CD, SDLC/PDLC, and distributed systems
Experience designing and assessing ITGCs and automated controls
Experience leading risk assessments and transformation in cloud-native ecosystems
Ability to translate regulatory requirements into engineering-aligned controls
