About the role
PRC-Saltillo is seeking a Software Engineer to develop software for communication devices and internal support tools. This remote role focuses on mission-driven work that gives individuals with complex communication needs a voice.
What you’ll do
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to build software
Design, implement, and document new software features
Investigate and resolve bugs in existing software
Write clean, well-documented, maintainable code
Provide constructive code reviews
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent
At least three years of experience in Python, C++, C# for PC apps or Python, JavaScript, C# for full-stack web development
Experience with software and product systems design, including object-oriented design and MVC
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities
