About the role
RZR is seeking a Solution Engineer to provide pre-sales technical consulting and post-sales implementation support for advertisers using Aarki's advertising platform. The role requires 4-6 years of customer-facing technical experience, strong SQL and programming skills, and familiarity with AdTech systems.
What you’ll do
Bridge Sales, customers, and Product/Engineering teams
Provide pre-sales technical consulting
Provide post-sales implementation and support
Help advertisers and partners adopt and use the advertising platform
Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
What you’ll need
4-6 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or other customer-facing technical roles
Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
Strong SQL skills for data analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting, along with experience in PostgreSQL or MySQL
Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations
Experience using logs, dashboards, or analytics tools for monitoring and debugging
Customer-first mindset with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
