About the role
Rhapsody seeks a senior Solution Consultant to drive growth of its healthcare integration and interoperability solutions. The role partners with sales, identifies customer needs, builds tailored demos and AI-assisted prototypes, and demonstrates how the platform enables secure healthcare data exchange.
What you’ll do
Identify customer needs and shape tailored solution strategies
Partner with sales and internal teams to demonstrate Rhapsody's platform
Design and deliver value-based demonstrations tied to customer outcomes
Quantify impact including ROI, cost savings, time to value, and clinical improvements
Build AI-assisted prototypes, custom demos, and proof-of-concept workflows
Explain AI capabilities, limitations, and risks to technical and executive audiences
What you’ll need
5+ years in technical business analysis, sales engineering, or pre-sales solutions roles
Bachelor's or advanced degree
Deep knowledge of SaaS, Cloud, integrations, and middleware
Experience with complex SaaS enterprise pre-sales and post-sales
Experience dealing with large customer IT delivery teams, procurement, and CIOs
Daily hands-on experience with AI tools and knowledge of LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, MCP, and FHIR
