About the role

What you’ll do
Lead end-to-end debt financing for joint ventures
Structure financing solutions aligned with partnership objectives
Perform feasibility and financial analyses for debt capacity
Negotiate loan agreements with internal and external counsel
Manage and monitor loan portfolio and refinancing opportunities
Develop and maintain lender relationships
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
5+ years of progressive experience in Commercial Banking, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance
Experience in credit underwriting, loan documentation, financial modeling, and debt structuring
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Understanding of debt capital markets and credit agreements
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
