About the role
EY's Financial Services Technology Consulting team seeks a Manager-level Product Manager to help financial services clients transform product organizations through AI-enabled product management, including strategy, discovery, delivery, and responsible adoption of AI. The role involves defining product roadmaps, leading cross-functional teams, and operationalizing AI governance in complex regulated environments.
What you’ll do
Develop product and AI strategies that align with business objectives
Define product organization and operating models including governance and decision rights
Drive technology delivery using AI-enabled research synthesis and requirements tools
Lead cross-functional teams through product lifecycle using AI-assisted prototyping
Operationalize cross-functional practices such as user testing, experimentation, and test automation
Define and implement governance for AI-enabled products including evaluation, oversight, and monitoring
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field with 5 years of progressive experience (or Master's with 4 years)
Demonstrated experience applying AI-enabled tools and methods across product discovery and delivery
Experience setting product vision, managing roadmaps, and leading product launches
Experience managing projects with defined budgets and schedules, including client relationship management
Experience designing, launching, or scaling AI-enabled products in financial services or another regulated environment
Experience defining AI product measures, evaluation criteria, human oversight, controls, and monitoring
