About the role
Consilio is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale Sirion CLM implementations for US clients, owning end-to-end delivery, executive stakeholder management, financial performance, and cross-functional team leadership, with pre-sales support.
What you’ll do
Lead enterprise-scale Sirion CLM implementations
Own end-to-end program delivery
Manage executive stakeholders and escalations
Own program financials, scope, and change control
Lead cross-functional and globally distributed teams
Support pre-sales scoping and planning
What you’ll need
10+ years of program/project management, consulting delivery, or enterprise software implementation experience
Demonstrated experience leading large US-based Sirion CLM implementations
Experience leading complex multi-workstream enterprise implementations through go-live
Strong understanding of Sirion implementation lifecycle and CLM processes
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Sirion certification or formal Sirion training
