What you’ll do

• Lead complex cross-functional programs, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
• Establish effective governance, manage risks and dependencies, and drive accountability
• Provide clear executive reporting and build relationships across Business and Technology teams
• Manage budgets, resources, vendors, and portfolio processes
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Technology, Project Management, or related field; PMP certification required
• 8–10 years of experience leading complex enterprise programs, portfolios, or business transformation initiatives
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives across Business and Technology organizations
• Experience with portfolio governance, executive reporting, strategic planning, budgets, resource planning, and vendor coordination
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, and organizational change management
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, or Planview; financial services experience preferred
