About the role
We are seeking an AI Product Designer to design AI-powered tools and workflows for enterprise labor planning, budgeting, staffing, and operational decisions, with a focus on explainability, human oversight, and user control. This contract role requires 4-6 years of product/UX design experience and at least 2 years designing AI-powered products that have shipped.
What you’ll do
Design AI tools and workflows for labor planning, budgeting, staffing, and operational decisions
Ensure explainability, human oversight, and user control in AI experiences
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Data Science in agile teams
Create interactive prototypes and design system components in Figma/FigJam
Measure user trust, adoption, and acceptance of AI recommendations
Design dashboards, forecasting tools, and decision-support interfaces
What you’ll need
4-6 years of experience in UX, Product Design, or a related field
At least 2 years designing AI-powered products or features shipped to users
Experience designing complex enterprise applications, workflow systems, and enterprise SaaS
Strong grasp of human-in-the-loop design, explainable AI, interaction design, and information architecture
Hands-on skill with Figma, FigJam, interactive prototyping, and design systems
Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt design, and AI evaluation
