What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent years of experience in a related field
Strong problem-solving, teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills; able to work with minimum supervision and under pressure
Strong knowledge of MS Project; high aptitude with MS Office, MS Teams, and Windows OS
Basic CAD knowledge, preferably SolidWorks; medium to high knowledge of statistical analysis
Ability to read, write, and speak English; authorized to work in the US
Previous leadership experience, medical device industry experience, and lean manufacturing knowledge; PLC, automation, or injection molding background is a plus
