About the role
Cerebras seeks a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and identity platforms across AWS and data centers, with a focus on automation, security controls, and production support.
What you’ll do
Design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and identity platforms
Develop automation, security controls, and infrastructure-as-code solutions
Implement identity and access controls within AWS environments
Support production systems, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response
Drive secure-by-design initiatives across engineering and security teams
What you’ll need
5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, IAM, Identity Engineering, or Security Engineering
Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, and federation protocols
Experience designing and operating identity and access controls within AWS environments
Experience with container technology and operating services on Kubernetes
Strong automation and coding skills with Python, Go, Terraform, or similar
Security-first mindset with Zero Trust, least-privilege access, and compliance frameworks such as SOC2, FedRAMP, or ITAR
