About the role

Develop new businesses alongside the CEO and senior leaders
Evaluate partnerships and deals
Turn strategy into scalable systems and execution
Take full ownership of complex, ambiguous projects from scoping to delivery
Structure and manage partnerships or deals
What you’ll need
3-5 years in investment banking, strategy consulting, venture capital, private equity, or high-growth operating roles
At least 2 years in an internal or operator role
Proven ability to lead complex projects end-to-end
Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills
Strong communication and executive influence skills
Proficiency with modern AI tools or initiative to learn them
