What you’ll do
Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshooting
Monitor Windows VMs, servers, storage, and data flows
Troubleshoot database connectivity, SQL issues, and schema changes
Manage incidents, problems, and changes
Coordinate application releases and deployments
Create and maintain runbooks, RCAs, and troubleshooting guides
What you’ll need
Experience with Windows and Linux administration
Knowledge of AWS S3
Experience with database connectivity and SQL troubleshooting
Familiarity with data pipeline monitoring and troubleshooting
Understanding of server and application connectivity/networking
Experience with IT service management processes
