What you’ll do
Own the Salesforce roadmap and backlog prioritization
Lead platform strategy, operating model, governance, and delivery
Contribute directly to releases, technical governance, and platform delivery
Drive CPQ transformation and structured documentation
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Manage intake, QA/UAT, release management, and deployments
What you’ll need
Substantial hands-on experience leading mature Salesforce environments
Demonstrated ownership of Salesforce roadmap, backlog, release process, or operating model
Strong practical knowledge of Sales Cloud and Salesforce platform administration
Ability to work across configuration, Flow, data, security, integrations, and technical design
Sufficient Apex literacy to review solutions and collaborate credibly with developers
Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or quote-to-cash transformation
