What you’ll do
Develop, optimize, and validate real-time embedded control software
Lead integration and validation of embedded software
Develop and tune control algorithms for power-conversion applications
Configure MCU peripherals for control applications including PWM, ADC, timers, interrupts, DMA, and watchdogs
Measure and optimize execution time, interrupt latency, CPU utilization, memory usage, and real-time scheduling
Provide technical leadership, evaluate design alternatives, and mentor engineers
What you’ll need
B.S. or M.S. in electrical, computer, software, or controls engineering or equivalent experience
Minimum 8 years of embedded software development experience with real-time control systems
Minimum 3 years of automotive embedded software experience and at least one full product-development cycle or launch
Hands-on experience with automotive power electronics and strong embedded C development and debugging skills
Experience with CAN, CAN FD, LIN, and UDS communication
Ability to lead technical work, communicate trade-offs, and drive issues to closure
