About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead discovery, design, delivery, governance, adoption, and lifecycle of data products
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into roadmaps, backlogs, and measurable outcomes
• Analyze workflows and define KPIs and metrics for operational improvement
• Work within data governance frameworks including definitions, lineage, metadata, and data quality
• Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and governance partners
• Support controlled reporting and data quality frameworks in regulated environments

What you’ll need

• Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
• Demonstrated experience in data product management or analytics product management in complex enterprise environment
• Proven ability to gather stakeholder requirements and deliver roadmaps, backlogs, and outcomes
• Experience analyzing workflows and defining KPIs for decisioning and operational improvement
• Experience with data governance frameworks in multi-domain enterprise
• Familiarity with modern data architectures (warehouse, lakehouse, semantic/metrics layers, BI)
