About the role
Marvell Technology is hiring a remote Trade Compliance Analyst to support the global export compliance program by classifying hardware, software, and technology and partnering with engineering and operations teams on trade control requirements.
What you’ll do
Classify hardware, software, and technology under U.S. and other applicable regulations
Support the global export compliance program and manage compliance activities
Partner with engineering, operations, and other teams on trade control requirements
Follow, develop, and document processes, procedures, and solution enhancements
Use global trade automation solutions for classification, screening, and reporting
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, logistics, engineering, or related field
3 to 5 years of trade compliance experience covering export and classification matters
Experience applying U.S. and other trade regulations to business operations, R&D, and technical data
Experience with EAR/ECCN and HS/HTS classification requirements
Familiarity with global trade automation solutions and AI tools
Eligibility to access export-controlled information as defined under applicable law
