About the role
Acosta Group is hiring a Manager of IT Strategy & Integration to lead Oracle Fusion ERP strategy, modernization, and enterprise integration. This role owns the ERP roadmap, supports acquisition integration and governance, and partners with HR, finance, and technology leaders to align initiatives with business goals.
What you’ll do
Lead Oracle Fusion strategy and modernization across the enterprise
Own the ERP roadmap and align technology initiatives with business objectives
Support acquisition integration, governance, and strategic partnerships
Create and refine integration scenarios, playbooks, and roadmaps
Partner with HR leaders, Technology teams, and senior stakeholders
What you’ll need
5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise IT strategy, integration, or transformation with Oracle Fusion ERP
3+ years operating at a manager or senior-lead level
Proven involvement in M&A technology support including ERP due diligence and integration planning
Ability to build trusted partnerships with HR leaders and senior stakeholders
Strong communication skills translating complex HR and Finance technology concepts
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis, or a related field strongly preferred
