About the role
Charles River Development is hiring a Vice President of Technical Product Management to lead platform product strategy, delivery, adoption, and lifecycle management while managing a product team. The role partners across engineering, architecture, cloud operations, and client-facing teams to improve client experience, operational efficiency, and platform reliability.
What you’ll do
Lead platform product strategy, roadmaps, delivery, adoption, and lifecycle management
Lead, coach, and develop product managers and cross-functional product teams
Partner with engineering, architecture, cloud operations, and client-facing teams
Improve client experience, operational efficiency, and platform reliability
Balance technical depth, client needs, operational requirements, and business priorities
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business, or equivalent technical experience
10+ years in technical product management, platform engineering, DevOps, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software including leading enterprise-scale products and teams
Experience building or managing cloud-native technologies and platform capabilities in a global matrixed organization
Proficiency with automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Terraform, Jenkins, Git, or Ansible
Familiarity with Azure tenant/infrastructure management and SQL for ad hoc validation and debugging
Experience productizing internal capabilities for external or client use in a regulated SaaS environment
