About the role
Ping Identity seeks a Senior Manager to lead an engineering team developing SaaS and hybrid multi-tenant identity products, overseeing the full application lifecycle, team growth, technical execution, and production support.
What you’ll do
Lead a cross-functional engineering team developing SaaS and hybrid multi-tenant products
Oversee team development, technical execution, and investment planning
Provide production support across the application lifecycle
Coordinate with product development, product management, and customer services
Deliver successful commercial products to market
What you’ll need
Experience hiring and leading outstanding engineers
Experience leading Agile teams and planning processes
CI/CD commercial cloud architecture and delivery experience
Minimum of 2 years leading SaaS teams and processes
Minimum of 5 years directly managing development teams delivering commercial products
Expertise in Java, Cassandra, Kafka, AWS, Kubernetes or equivalent stack, and a Bachelor's Degree in CS or related field
