Lead engineers and technical direction for IBD & GCM Technology
Own full-stack solutions including Java services and APIs
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements
Drive architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale applications
Oversee engineering quality and production stability
Mentor and grow engineering talent
What you’ll need
At least 10 years' relevant experience building enterprise applications
Strong hands-on Java and Spring Boot skills
Full stack experience with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React/Angular)
Proven experience managing or leading engineers
Strong system design and architecture skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
