About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead customer AI transformation and implementation engagements
• Design tailored workflows and solutions
• Advise on business processes
• Support adoption and ongoing customer use
• Run engagements independently and across multiple projects

What you’ll need

• 5+ years experience as a forward deployed consultant, implementation consultant, solutions consultant, or technical project manager in enterprise software
• Experience leading software implementation or managed services projects with hands-on build and system configuration in project management, CRM, service desk, or collaborative work management software
• Fluency in Generative and Agentic AI tools and understanding how to use AI to streamline work productivity and build intelligent workflows and agents
• Familiarity with keeping AI reliable in production, including human review, checking outputs, and knowing when deterministic automation is better
• Strong problem solving rooted in computational thinking, systems design, and relational data structures, plus business process design and consulting experience
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, with the business acumen to frame engagements around customer outcomes and communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences
