What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, or related field
7–10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or transformation roles
Proven track record leading cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives and influencing stakeholders across a matrixed organization
Strong business process design and transformation experience with ERP and advanced supply chain planning systems
Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments and leading large-scale digital or business transformation programs
Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
