What you’ll do

What you’ll need
8+ years in HR/People Operations with at least 3 years leading the function at high-growth startups
Experience scaling a company through significant headcount growth, including 100, 200, and 500 people
Comfort building and running operations without a large team or established playbook
Strong recruiting instincts across engineering and GTM talent markets
Demonstrated ownership of compensation and leveling design
Multi-country US/EU employment experience or clear ability to get up to speed fast
