What you’ll do
Manage recruiting, onboarding, associate support, and daily workforce operations
Partner with client leaders to address staffing needs
Support associate performance and retention
Maintain safe and compliant operations at the client location
Supervise staffing activities and workforce operations onsite
What you’ll need
High school diploma or equivalent
At least two years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Bilingual English/Spanish
Working knowledge of employment-related requirements and workplace safety practices
Experience supervising or supporting a temporary workforce preferred
