Strong understanding of platform reliability, observability, security, privacy, performance, scalability, and operational support
Experience managing vendor-delivered capabilities and distinguishing vendor responsibility from internal ownership
Experience planning complex migrations or platform transitions, including parallel runs, data migration, cutover, rollback, and decommissioning
