What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
8 years in financial services, fintech, banking products, or related functions
5 years in product, project, program management, or solutions delivery
Experience in a regulated financial services environment
Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
Knowledge of bank risk management frameworks and product lifecycles
